    Any delivery outside the E.U. may result in a delay of 30 days following customs control.
    When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to taxes, customs duties or fees imposed by the country of destination.
    Generally, these charges must be paid upon arrival of the goods shipped in the destination country.
    It is your responsibility to comply with the laws and rules applicable in the country of destination. For information, for the United Kingdom, customs duties and VAT on imports apply to imported goods whose value exceeds €150. Cléon&Co assumes no responsibility for any such additional charges.

    Some shoe care products offered on our site are not eligible for international delivery via DHL due to logistical or regulatory restrictions. The affected products are clearly identified on their respective product pages. We reserve the right to refuse any order including these items for international delivery via DHL. In the event of an order containing a non-eligible product, the customer will be notified as soon as possible and may choose another delivery method, a different product, or cancel their order at no additional cost.


    Returns

    Procedures

    Any return request must be made before the goods are shipped.
    Return shipping is free of charge. For the DOM-TOM, United Kingdom and Switzerland, return costs are offered if you choose a credit note and they are at your expense for a refund. An amount of €25 will be deducted for the United Kingdom and Switzerland and an amount of €40 for zone 3.
    All products must be returned to the Company in new condition and suitable for resale. Any product that has been worn or damaged, is incomplete, or whose original packaging is damaged or missing will not be accepted or exchanged.
    All returns must be sent or delivered to the appropriate Company department within thirty (30) working days following the return request and returned in full in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
    The provided return label must be clearly visible on the return package.
    No cash-on-delivery shipments will be accepted, regardless of the reason.
    Failure to comply with the above procedures will result in refusal of any claim for non-compliance or apparent defect of the delivered products.

    Due to their specificity, laces and socks sold on the Cléon&Co website cannot benefit from the acceptance of a return.

    Refund of returns
    We advise you to keep the shipping proofs until the return is processed. The refund of the items will be made within a maximum period of 10 working days from receipt of the return, by re-credit on the bank card or PayPal account used during purchase or in the form of credit note and after checking the good condition of the item and its packaging
    Product exchanges are not possible.

    Refund of shipping costs
    The invoiced shipping costs are refunded except in case:

    • of a partially returned order
    • delivery area in zones 2, 3, 4 described above
